Alexandra Yellin brings more than a decade of experience in private lending and real estate finance, with a background in loan origination, structuring, and investor relationships. Her experience includes construction financing, multifamily properties, commercial acquisitions, and refinancing, giving her a practical understanding of different financing needs and transaction structures.
At West House, Alexandra oversees loan and equity origination, developing relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and referral partners to identify opportunities across real estate and hospitality. She manages the initial review of prospective transactions, working with the team to understand the business plan, assess capital requirements, and determine the appropriate financing or investment approach.
Johanna Huebotter
Lending Manager
Johanna Huebotter serves as Lending Manager at West House Capital Partners, bringing more than a decade of banking and lending experience, including loan operations management and portfolio servicing. Her background spans the operational requirements of closing loans and managing them throughout their term.
